This delicious and entertaining 2.5-hour tour takes place in the heart of Philadelphia and includes 5 stops. Make room: this is not only a tasting adventure, but a meal that includes classic Philly eats like cheesesteaks and cheese whiz fries, tomato pie, soft pretzels, and two sweet treats from the world-famous Reading Terminal Market! Offered 7 days a week.  This tour finishes 6 blocks (11-minute walk) from the starting location.

Historic Old City

​City Food Tours’ new premier food tour! This may be the most educational and delicious happy hour you’ll ever have! Feast your ears, eyes, and taste buds on Philadelphia’s most historic and iconic foods, alleys, and people during our Historic Food Tour. Offered on weekdays during happy hour (5:30-8pm), this tour provides a meal’s-worth of modernized food and drinks based on what the colonials ate.

Decadent Gourmet

Hold on to your taste buds! This 2.5-hour gourmet tasting adventure in the heart of Philadelphia will introduce you to tastings of 5 decadent and gourmet treats at 5 of the city’s best foodie destinations! Start off at Reading Terminal Market for three delicious treats, followed by a cheese tasting and a sweet and salty dessert. Saturdays and Sundays, 3:00pm-5:30pm. This tour finishes about 12 blocks (20-minute walk) from the starting location. Taxis, Lyft, and Uber are all readily available at the last tour stop.

Ethnic Eats

Mention the words “South Philly” and almost everyone immediately pictures the Italian Market. Yet, nestled in and around the market is a treasure trove of outstanding Asian culinary delights! This 3-hour tour includes delectable treats from Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, and a stroll through a gigantic Asian supermarket. The tour also includes a once-in-a-lifetime visit inside a Buddhist Temple. Sundays, 1:30pm-4:30pm. This tour finishes 2.5 blocks (3-minute walk) from the starting location.

This fascinating walking tour explores the incredibly popular neighborhood in South Philly that's booming with cutting-edge shops and ambitious restaurants. This tour is the best place to get the most up-to-date scoop on all of the openings and closings in this foodie mecca that Food and Wine Magazine named one of the 10 best foodie streets in America. The four stops include some beer to start, Spanaish tapas, gourmet pizza, and Malaysian treats. Saturdays, 3:30pm-5:30pm. This tour finishes 0.2 miles (4-minute walk) from the starting location.
