How To Work Together
In 3 Simple Steps

Submit An Inquiry with your event details to receive our private tour menu options. Our team will provide you with details about availability, pricing and customization options.

Once you've selected your favorite tour package, a booking form will be sent for you to review and provide payment information for a 50% deposit. This will officially confirm your event. You will have until two weeks before the event date to update your headcount, and the outstanding balance will then be due.

City Food Tours will email you one week prior to the event with all pertinent details (arrival instructions, what to bring, departure, etc.). You don't lift a finger while our team gets everything prepared for your students to have a fabulous time.
