I organized a team building event and picked City Food Tours based on the reviews. Our tour was the Philly Food tour. I am based in Boston so I was a little nervous that I was not there to facilitate the evening. I had to trust that the guide would be top notch and she was.

We took our City Food Tour with Johnny and it was hands down the best tour we have taken. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, energetic, personable, made sure to make connections with everyone in our group. Since we were not locals, he gave lot of suggestions on things/places to go once the tour was done, and those suggestions did not disappoint either. It was really neat learning more about Philly food and the history behind the city we never knew. Would 100% do this again and suggest everyone to do it as well!

My husband and I had a great time on this food tour. The food was good and I appreciated that we went to authentic and not "touristy" places. The tour had a good balance of historical information and just walking seeing the sights and eating the food. Adam was great at this! It was also a pretty hot day and Adam did a good job at trying to keep us inside or in shade and having water available. We would definitely recommend the Philly City Food Tours.

High energy tour with fun different stops to taste. Matt, our guide, was perfect---engaging, informed, gregarious, enthusiastic about the tour, about the places we stopped, and about food generally. Beyond the food we learned about the lore of Philly along the way. As foodies we enjoyed immensely. Highly recommend especially if you get Matt.

Owen, our tour guide was so charismatic and relatable, with fabulous stories of Philly history. It was excellent pricing as we got to eat a lot of food. My teens loved the pace of this tour and the variety of food. Highly recommend.
