Six Yummy Cooking Classes in Philadelphia

Looking for something new to try out in the City of Brotherly Love? Try a cooking class! Cooking classes are a great way to enjoy some delicious food while learning some amazing recipes. We did the research so you don’t have to, and came up with a list of some fun (and yummy) cooking classes all over Philadelphia. 

 

1. La Cucina

In the heart of the city, La Cucina sits right next to the Reading Terminal

Market. Their modern kitchen lets you explore your culinary skills, while

their large dinner table lets you enjoy your cozy meal with many friends.

2. Cozymeal Cooking Classes

From mixology to private chefs, Cozymeal has a class for everyone. Not only can they teach you how to mix up some drinks, but they also provide a wide variety of foods and cultures into their classes. Learn from skilled chefs and cuisines from Vietnam to Italy!

3. Queen of Sushi - Madame Saito

Have you ever wondered how to make your own sushi? Look no further and take a class with Madame Saito, the Queen of Sushi. Madame Saito offers classes of different levels to accommodate beginners and masters alike! For when you want to get away from a traditional cooking class, this is the place to go.

4. Miss Rachel's Pantry

How decadent does that picture look? Miss Rachel’s Pantry offers vegan recipes for both newcomers and experts! They will help you explore food options you didn’t even know existed. Check out this yummy spot for your next cooking class fix.

5. Hudson Table

This sleek bright kitchen is full of modern cooking and lots of laughs! Hudson Table offers cooking classes for date nights, special occasions, and even offers kid-friendly classes. They also offer take-home meal kits for those who want to stay in. Hudson table has an amazing range from 3-course meals to a whole class dedicated to the art of dumpling making!

6. The Cooking Classroom at he Wine School of Philadelphia

For another nontraditional cooking class experience, check out the Cooking Classroom at the Wine School. While they do provide cooking classes, the Wine School is infamous for its wine and cheese pairing experience. Their motto is “wine snobs are boring” and they strive to create a fun experience for all!
